Compliance & Learning!

Compliance and Regulatory Requirements for Learning are dominating the total wage hours of training spending in many organizations.  Employers want to comply and stay on the safe side of audit and legal implications.  Yet, learning models for Compliance are often out of sync.

We are honored to announce the "Compliance & Learning Forum" at Learning 2016.  It will be hosted by Richard Culatta, Director of Innovation for the State of Rhode Island and one of the leading analysts and adovates in the field of learning innovations.

Richard Culatta has worked in K-12, higher education, and workplace learning settings. Prior to joining the leadership team in Rhode Island, he served as the Executive Director of the Office of Educational Technology for the US Department of Education where he focused on leveraging new technologies and data to create personalized learning experiences.  Culatta also served as the Chief Technology Officer for the CIA University and as a policy advisor in the U.S. Senate.  Prior to joining the federal government, Culatta worked for Brigham Young University where he was instrumental in designing the university's online learning program.  In 2016 Culatta was named one of the top 25 Doers, Dreamers and Drivers by Government Technology Magazine.

Our "Compliance & Learning Forum" will explore the dimensions of the Compliance, Regulatory and Certification Requirements as they impact Organizationl Learning.  We will have segments at our General Session and also a range of Compliance & Learning by Industry (eg. Health Care, Financial Services, Food Service and others)
