Your conference registration fee includes a continental breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, as well as lunch on Monday and Tuesday. Your ticket to Tuesday night's Learning Celebration at EPCOT is also included.
Hotels for Learning 2016
The primary hotel for Learning 2016 is Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for participants at the rate of $175 per night plus taxes. The room rate is for single or double occupancy and includes complimentary access to the hotel’s health club and a meeting facility fee. You can reserve your room by calling Disney Group Reservations at or book online at
Important Note: Curently, there are only a limited number of available rooms on Saturday night (Oct 22) at the Coronado. If you are planning to arrive on Saturday, Disney Group Reservations will help find an alternative hotel for that early night, if these have been booked. There is full availabliity for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday night at the Coronado.
We also have a few rooms in our block at Animal Kingdom Lodge. The rate for rooms at this deluxe resort hotel is $235 per night plus taxes. If you are interested in staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge, you will need to book your room by calling group reservations at . There is no online option for this hotel. Please note that you will need to provide your own transportation between the Animal Kingdom Lodge and the Coronado Springs Convention Center.
Airport Transportation
Orlando International Airport (MCO) has several transportation options available so that you really do not need to rent a car. Taxis and town cars are always an option, but there is also Disney's Magical Express Service. This is a free shuttle service available to guest staying at a Disney hotel. Disney Tours and Park Tickets
Walt Disney World offers a wide range of tours and special experiences for guests as part of your visit to Walt Disney World Resort. These range from a backstage glimpse of the care and feeding of animals at Disney’s Animal Kingdom to walking tours that give a bit of the story and inspiration that went into creating your favorite Disney Park. Disney Magic Bands
If you have been to The Walt Disney Parks within the last few years, you may already have received a magic band which is used as your room key and access to your Disney account. To link your new room reservation for Learning 2016 to your current band, you can visit http://www.mydisneyexperience.com .
