Nancy DeViney
Nancy is an executive coach for individuals and teams focused on expanding their professional capabilities and achieving organizational goals. She engages leaders in a proven coaching discipline that is grounded in research, best practices and whole brain thinking.
In her 40 years at IBM, she held several global senior executive leadership roles including VP of Strategy & Solutions, VP of Organizational Change Management, VP of Values & Organizational Capability, and General Manager of Learning Solutions. She has collaborated with hundreds of C-suite clients around the world on the topics of leading change and values-based leadership and culture.
Nancy is a graduate of Bryant College (now Bryant University) and served on the University’s Board of Trustees. As a lifelong learner, she has attended business management and strategic leadership programs at Boston College, Arizona State University, MIT Sloan School of Management, Harvard Business School and the Columbia University Executive Coaching Certification program.
As a working mother who advanced to the executive ranks of a Fortune 500 company, and now as an executive coach, Nancy is a passionate advocate for the advancement of women in leadership roles.
