We are honored to announce "The Leadership LAB" will be hosted at Learning 2016 by Nigel Paine.

Nigel is a great communicator and profound thinker about what makes contemporary workspaces tick and what businesses need to do to survive in the C21st.

The Leadership LAB will include a series of interactive design sessions to imagine and frame out new approaches to developing the next waves of leaders.  Benchmarking, Imagining, Creative Design and a Leadership "Learn-A-Thon" will be coordinated by Nigel.

He specializes in developing leaders; building learning organizations; getting the best out of staff; and developing strategies for retention and development of key people within organizations.

He is a coach, mentor, writer, broadcaster and keynote speaker of international acclaim. He is currently working in Europe, Brazil,  the US and Australia on a variety of assignments, that hinge around making work more creative, innovative and aspirational; and making workplaces more conversational, team-based and knowledge sharing.

In recognition of his contribution to learning, he was given a Global Learning Leader Award at the  Masie Learning Conference in Orlando, and  the Colin Corder award at the Learning Awards in London.
