Wow, in just 2 months, we will be gathering in Orlando at Learning 2016!

Here is a quick, multi-media update, with additional information, learning options and resources to maximize your experiences at Learning 2016.

  1. Video Update:Here is an 8 minute video we just produced for Learning 2016 Participants.  It outlines our design and engagement strategies for the event.  Feel free to share this with your colleagues:
  2. Engagement & Learning Options: Learning at Learning 2016 extends beyond our Keynotes and breakout sessions.  This year, our over 1,600 participants will have the option of participating in a wide (and growing) set of activities around the Learning 2016 environment:
    • VRLearn: Explore Virtual and Augmented Reality Futures for Learning.
    • Build a Learning App: A Rapid Design of a Learning App for Users.
    • Disney Cooking LAB: Demonstrations of Innovative Food Design by Disney Chefs.
    • LearningLive TV: A WakeUp Show Each Morning to Start the Day on Hotel TV's.
    • PitCrew Experience: Learn & Compete in Changing Tires on a Racing Car.
    • Chief Learning Officer Lunch Briefings: CLO's Share Perspectives.
    • Learning Barracuda Bowl: Our Own SharkTank for Learning Innovations.

  3. Content & Schedule: Our Learning 2016 program of sessions is in the final stage of development.  We are honored to have almost 200 sessions facilitated by learning leaders from a diverse set of corporate learning departments.   4. Hotels: Be sure to book your hotel room if you have not already done so. Information about hotel and travel considerations is available on the Learning 2016 site under the Tuition and Travel tab.

  5. Learning 2106 App: In mid-September, we will roll out the Learning 2016 Mobile App – which we have nicknamed “Engage”!  This will provide you with real-time access to the latest event information, including announcements, activities, the Online Learning Marketplace and the detailed event schedule.  This will work on iOS, Android and web-based devices.  Look for log-in details and an invitation in a few weeks!

  6. EPCOT Learning 2016 Party: We will be taking every participant to EPCOT on Tuesday late afternoon to experience the pavilions, exhibits, Food & Wine Festival, and Celebration Fireworks. We will supply you with a ticket and bus transport. (You can also purchase discount tickets onsite for family and friends accompanying you). 

  7. Yoga/Exercise/Walk Volunteers:  Each early morning at Learning 2016, we have some options for Yoga or Exercise.  If you are an instructor and would be excited to lead a short session each morning, please send a note to
